The mission of Mosaic Mentoring of North Alabama is to provide children that are facing adversity, with strong, enduring, and professionally supported relationships with a mentor that changes their lives for the better, forever. The goal is to help the children in our community grow up to be positive, successful human beings who contribute to and take part in society.

Like a mosaic, Mosaic Mentoring of North Alabama aims to take the broken pieces of a child’s life and turn them into something beautiful. It all starts with the right role models. Mosaic is the place to start a relationship with one. For over 30 years in North Alabama, they have been able to recruit, screen, match and support mentoring relationships that have changed the lives of hundreds of young people across North Alabama.

Mentors help children grow into adults that become positive, successful human beings who contribute to society.  The is no charge to the volunteer or the volunteer to participate in the program.
