At Kilgro & Associates Insurance Agency, we understand the importance of giving back to our community, which is why we have joined forces with MOSAIC Mentoring of North Alabama. As part of our Community Cause Program, our team strives to participate in various initiatives that could make a difference in the lives of those nearby.
Mosaic of North Alabama is a charitable organization that works with kids of all ages to improve their well-being and provide them with employable skills. This organization has programs like mentoring and school-based services that pair up adults who want to help with kids who are in need. These programs try to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people who are at risk by putting them in touch with caring adults who can help them form meaningful, long-lasting mentoring relationships with good role models. This means they will be able to give their kids the best possible start in life so they can grow up to change the world for the better.
In line with this mission, we’re glad to be able to work with MOSAIC to strengthen their mentor-mentee relationships through setting goals, giving positive feedback, and keeping in touch throughout each program cycle.
