So good morning. My name is John Berry. I own Foxwood roofing and restoration. This is my project manager, Nathan Riggins. Uh Pretty much the thing about our company is we’ve been in business going on eight years now. We specialize in the insurance uh restoration business, the roofing gutter siding, uh but mainly in finding out whether a roof has storm damage or not. Uh The way, the main way that you do that and the number one way is inspection, inspection is the first step of it all. Uh A lot of people think, well, I need to call my insurance company to, to see if they’ll buy me a root. The problem is once you call them, you’ve now issued a and you’ve started a claim. What we do is we actually come out to see if there’s damage enough to warrant a claim. We try to protect the customers that way. Uh We also try to have an unbiased opinion with his knowledge as an adjuster. Um I was a former insurance agent. What we do is we actually look at, you know, what the insurance companies look for, not trying to just sell your roof but making sure that there’s legitimate damage to warrant filing the claim. Um We walk through the entire process with our customers from start to finish, meet the adjuster, um go over any issues. And then finally, of course, you know, getting a brand new roof, um try to make it as simple and easy as possible um with our expertise and, and like I said, both the insurance and the roofing side of things.
